We remove junk and unwanted items from both residential and commercial properties. Our rates include labor, loading materials from any location on your property, cleanup, and all disposal or recycling fees. Every customer receives an upfront written estimate before we start any work.
We remove almost anything, as long as it can be lifted by two people and is not hazardous. Examples of acceptable items include:

We cannot remove hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, solvents, motor oils, asbestos, propane tanks, creosote (railway ties), or biological/medical waste.

Yes, our trucks and laborers are fully licensed and insured to cover any accidental damage or injury. Additionally, we are licensed by the Ministry of Environment to safely haul away household and commercial junk.
Yes, we donate reusable furniture, electronics, clothing, and homewares to local charities. We also contribute salvageable construction debris to Habitat for Humanity. In addition, we recycle paper, metals, concrete, and other materials, helping to diver your junk from landing in landfills.
In general, we charge based on the volume of space your junk occupies in our truck. However, for heavier materials like concrete or plaster, additional surcharges may apply to cover the higher disposal fees associated with these items.
Our rates depend on the amount and type of junk being removed. Since we need to assess the items in person, we can't provide an exact price upfront. Once we're on-site, just let us know what you'd like us to remove, and a service representative will give you a no-obligation, free estimate. If you're happy with the quote, we'll be ready to start the job right away!
In most cases, we can be at your location within 24 to 48 hours. If you need junk removal on a specific day and time, please call our office in advance to schedule your appointment.
When removing junk from inside your home or business, we take extra care to prevent any damage to your walls and floors. For your peace of mind, and ours, we are fully insured in the event of accidental damage or injury.
